1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or personalized car accessories are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at Info@auraxgloss.com.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
